    The country was ruled by the founder of the land, Marioho Muniaz who created an absolute monarchy, where he was the king. He ruled with a harsh hand and killed anyone who did not acknowledge his word as law.

    Life's Rebellion I
    After fifty years under the kings rule, his son Sander Pener ascended to the thrown. He was just cunning, and twice as cruel. The citizens of Munolic had had enough. This came to be known as Life's Rebellion I.

    After 5 years of constant riots and protesting the Rebellion leaders were sought out and executed. The growing movement came to a halt when Munolic soldiers of the king were sent out with direct orders to spare no one.

    Spain or Bust
    The King Sander Pener was constantly at odds with other rulers. His most recent adversary was the king of Spain. Because Sander didn't pay his respectable fees and supplies for trade, Spain pulled out of their affair, leaving Munolic to fend for themselves economically. This angered the king so much he declared war. For twenty years, there was a non-stop conflict.

    After the "Bust War" The country of Munolic was is a sorrowful depression. The country did not have enough money to fight the Spaniards, so King Sander took out loans from other countries. When the countries wanted the pay up, the king was unable to repay his debts. To bring the country out of turmoil he passed a law that forces every single person to pay half of their earnings as taxes. The people of Munolic were outranged. "Taxation or Representation!" The people were cried out.

    The Rebellion came back full force, an this time the citizens would not back down for nothing. In protest they set fires to courts, and the kings property. The second Rebellion lasted for two years before the movement stormed the Kings palace grounds, and hanging him above his own throne. King Sander Pener Muniaz was dead, and the people were finally free.

    Naturally, the first thing for the newfound leaders of the rebellion to do was sit down and create a lasting system that would give the country more prosperity than oppression. Another monarchy was out of the question. People feared one man having too much power over another. Many gave their ideas, and things escalated quickly. They settled on having each town elect a representative for the government, and from there, the group of representatives would would create laws based on their own towns.

    Laws were passed to ease up taxations and create an overall better life for citizens. They began having problems when the representatives were secretly being paid to say certain things from those who could afford it. The people of Munolic quickly became unhappy with the manipulation this system had acquired. They feel as if their pleas were falling on deaf ears. To avoid another outbreak of rebellion, the council met again.

    A man named Larry Stylinson stood in front of the council to propose his idea; They would get rid of representatives for each town completely, and instead have the people suggest laws and everything go through rounds of voting.

    Specialized Group
    The society realized that there was so many thing unknown about their country that they needed some heads at. So, in 1905 an election for 7 specialized members who is responsible for different aspects of the government took place. They then would propose laws from their section. Only the people voting could pass the law. If they are unhappy wth a law, they will all have the right to vote its repeal. Every day things like court cases and speed limits they will all vote on as well.

    Citizens were still uneasy about having a council. They were afraid that their meetings would be a chance to plan out their rule over the people instead of laws. Larry Stylinson proposed to have the council meetings public, and have them more frequently. They all agreed to have their meetings where everyday citizens could see the way their country is run.

    In order to keep the incoming proposed law legit, a man name Paul Higgins suggested that each law coming in that want to be ratified must have at least 500 signatures. They took it to the people to vote, and when some of the citizens weren't happy at the high number, they went with a happy medium of 300. Each law sent in by request must have 300 signatures before it could be ready to be chosen for consideration to finalize.

    After WWI broke out around the world, Munolic had gotten various offers and treaties from their neighboring countries to form an alliance. Lou Teasdale, The Foreign Affairs & Military specialist, was very wary of these offers. She quickly took to the people one why they should not join the war and stay neutral. "War is not a prize, even if it is won. No matter who we pledge alliance, consequences for generations to come could be severe." The Neutrality Act of 1914 was passed.
