This is when people started to move away from family-owned farms and land. They thrived to leave their mark on this world. This is when Cities become industrialized and men and women from all over and populate the towns.

The over flux of population came just in time as building projects are arriving all over the country. Large industrial factories are to be constructed.

This time period was rough as the majority of the factories are finished and they're being filled with workers. Soon after beginning it is quickly realized it is not running smoothly and efficiently enough

From this point, the U.S is heavily relying on industries such as Steel, Railroads, and Oil. With the new technology and transportation that comes with it allows for these companies to be created. With this came the monopolies and to be able to sustain that relies on the management. The better a workplace ran the more efficient and productivity became extravagant.

The change in technology has propelled the U.S forward. However, with all this glory and expansion comes many lessons and guidelines including management. This is when management skills have first started to be taken into consideration for jobs.

Along with this came the large monopolies that will forever be in our countries history and forever known. But this was good as it created competition which increased the overall sales and really has became the foundation of what our country was meant to be and is still becoming today.
