Olympic Rivalry: 1972 basketball game
This game was between the USA and USSR. This game has a lot of contriversy because the refs were giving the Soviets an unfair advantage. Also the Soviets had played over 400 games together.
In the last couple of second of the game the US took the lead. The Soviets inbounded the ball with 3 seconds left, the buzzer sounds and the the United States starts to celebrate. But the refs come back and said the clock was wrong and gave the Soviets another chance and the Soviets score and win. -
Fall of Berlin Wall
This is the event when West and East Berlin are reunited after having a wall built between the two. The citezens of Berlin came to see the taring down of the wall and also help bring it down. -
