    The French and Indian war was a conflict in North America that was part of worldwide struggle between France and Britain. Britain won and received French Canada as a tribute. This also cemented their place in the colonies on what is now the east coast of the U.S.A.

    These acts taxed goods that were imported from Britin such as lead, glass, paint, paper, and tea. This really caused an outrage among the British colonists in America.

    This was a clash between colonists and British soldiers, in which five of the colonists were killed.
