The Proclamation of 1763 was issued on October 7th in the year 1763 by King George III, after acquisition of French territory in the New World - at the end of The French and Indian War. It made it so colonists and other settlers could not go past the Appalachain Mountains.

This act put a tax on sugar and molasses imported into the colonies, issued on April 5th, 1764. It was repealed two years later, in 1766.

An act passed by British Parliament on March 22nd, 1765 that made the colonists and other settlers pay a tax on newspapers and other types of paper. Colonists' rebelion led to the repeal of the act, the next year.

A patriotic mob threw sticks, stones, and snowballs, at British soldiers. In turn, several colonists were killed. However, it was a bit exaggerated - not actually a massacre.

An act composed by British Parliament that made their tea in the colonies a lower price, but the other brands had a higher price. However, the colonists thought Britain was trying to monopolize them, making it so that the other brands would be out of business, and rebelled. The act was repealed, finally, in 1861.
