    Due to the inequality of the wealth distribution between the citizens of El Salvador during the late1880, a group of indigenous was led to the governmental building to express their discontent by Augustin Faranbundo Marti. They were met by a military forced that killed more than 30,000 people. This massive killing marked the beginning of what it was later known as the El Salvador Civil war. This timeline lists some of the most memorable massacres from 1932 to 1989.
