This is one of the most important steps that has taken course in the history of Education. I think this was a great step towards equal education and equal rights for everyone. The ability to desegregate schools proves that it is possible to do all things even when facing challenges.

The idea of Head Start was brought to the attention to federal government and it started as an eight-week program and it was such a success that they grew and continued the program. I think that this program is a wonderful option for the development of young minds. I believe that it provides a strong foundation for future learning and assists parents with lower incomes and helps provide a stable environment. This was a great moment in education!

I think that the addition of computers to the classroom dramatically changed the dynamic of student learning in the classroom. When I was in 1st grade in 1986 I remember how cool it was to go to the computer lab. Now schools provide tablets or chrome books to all students. I would also say that the internet again changed everything.

The adoption of Common Core was a step in the right direction to develop more critical thinking with our students. I approve the concept of common core and believe that it answers the reason why we do things, instead of just memorizing facts. I added this event because I think that it building a strong foundation for learners.

Mental Health Training Program This bill was passed in WI to help fund and educated teachers and administrations on how to recognize the signs of a person with mental health issues that need to be addressed. This is one of American's biggest challenges in today's schools in my opinion. I think this needs to be addressed on all levels. School, Admin, Board, State, Federal
