They go into hiding
Margot frank receives a call from Nazis to return to Germany to work in a labor camp. The next day the Frank family goes into hiding above Otto's offices. They are joined by the Van Daan family. This is a negative impact to Anne Frank because she is very energetic and will have to stay in one place. This relates to the th e theme statement because this would be only of the things life would throw. -
Mr. Dussel (Fritz) Joins the Annex
Dentist Fritz Dussel joins the Franks and the VanDaan in hiding in the Secret Annex. He shares a room with annex till they are freed. This is a negative impacted on not just Anne Frank but every one in the annex because they are already cramped. How it would relate to the theme would be; They'll just have to get use to someone else too. -
Break in into the Annex
This was the time someone broke into the warehouse. This was very stressful for everyone because they thought the thief might rat them out. This is very negative impact because this is making ever one worried about what the thief saw or heard. This relates to the them because life has once again found a way to make them even more worried. -
The First Kiss
This was Anne's most memorable for her. She had been growing a big crush throughout the book and finally had her first kiss with Peter. This is a positive event because Anne is getting to know Peter in a different way. This relates to the theme by Anne getting used to someone she didn't like in the beginning. -
Raid of the Annex
The Annex was raided by security police following an anonymous tip off. They were All sent to Westerbork Transit camp. After a month they are sent Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. This is a very negative impact to everyone in the Annex, because they never thought it would have to come to them getting found. This Relates back to the theme by life throwing them the worst thing that they will probably not escape. -
