This is the zygote stage. This stage starts with the union of the sperm and the egg. This stage lasts for two weeks.
-
The zygote stage is a two week period of rapid cell division. After this two week period the zygote develops into an embryo.
-
This stage of development occurs from the second week and goes on through the second month.

The first stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the firs stage of Erik Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. I had established trust with pretty much everybody I knew, especially my parents.
-
At this stage I would say that Heinz should not steal the medicine to avoid getting in trouble. This is because at this stage I am egocentric. I cannot view the world from anybody's perspective but my own, therefore I want to act in my best interest. Since I can't view the world from his perspective I think that Heinz also has this thought process so he would do the same thing.
-
At the age of three months, I was phisically capable of rolling over.
-
At ten months of age, my motor control had developed to the point where I could stand.
-
I started walking when I was approximately 11 months old.
-
Babies have very poor vision at birth. Their vision improves as they get older, improving to normal vision at roughly 12 months of age.
-
The second stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the second stage in Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. This is when I started to control myself, starting with walking. By the time I was one and a half years old I could speak and form sentences. This self control was highly encouraged by my parents and others.
-
This is roughly the time when I establised object permanence, or the realization that objects continue to exist even though they are out of one's sensory range. This occurs during the sensorimotor stage of Piaget's stages of cognitive development.
-
This is the preoperational stage of Piaget's stages of cognitive development. This stage is characterised by egocentrism, pretend play, language development, and a lack of logical reasoning. When my cousins and I were neighbors, we would always build forts and pretend we were pirates.
-
This was when I was about two years old. To compare this part of my life to Vygotsky's "zone of proximal development", when I was this age I could drink a glass of water by myself but I had to have somebody else pour the glass of water for me.
-
The third stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the third stage of Erikson's psychosocial development theory. During this time I loved to play with building blocks and legos. I used the blocks to build towers, always wanting to make the tower I was working on taller than the previous one. This immagination and enginuity was highly encouraged by my parents, caretakers, and eventually preschool teachers.
-
Before being the activites director my dad still worked as a stagecraft teacher at CAC . As a stagecraft teacher he usualy did not get home until around 6 in the evening. He had to stay at work even later when he had tech rehearsals for plays. This new job meant that he would be able to spend more time at home with the family. Had he continued to be a sagecraft teacher my brothers and I may not have formed as close of a relationship with him as we have.
-
The fourth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the fourth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. When I was in first grade, most of my work was substandard, this was frowned upon by my teacher. This changed quickly and I became more productive as time went by.
-
During first grade, I started to gain an interest in science. In second grade I started performing my own experiments at home.
-
According to Piaget, this is the concrete operational stage. During this stage I learn about conservation, as well as other mathematical operations.
-
In the winter of 2004, my cousins had to move from Cairo to the United States (Indiana). Until then we had always been naighbors, they lived one floor above us in the same appartment building. Their parents (my uncle and aunt) had owned a clothing company in Egypt. Something happened with their company and they had to leave the country.
-
During this stage, I would say that Heinz should steal the medicine for his wife. I would say that with the idea that committing a good deed such as aving somebody's life would outweigh Heinz's conviction of theft.
-
In fifth grade, I participated in an invention fair, which is very similar to a science fair. For this, I had created a cooling blanket that one could use as an alternative to airconditioning.
-
This is the fourth stage of Piaget's stages of cognitive development. In this stage I learn how to contrast ideas without physically seeing them. I began to as questions such as "what would the world be like if friction did not exist?". According to Piaget, this is also the stage when people gain the potential for moral reasoning.
-
My friend and I had created an experiment in which we tested the distance achieved when projectiles of different sizes were launched by a catapult.
-
When I was in 8th grade my family had to go to the United States to take care of a family emergency. We ended up having to stay in the US for roughly four months. During this time period the revolution in Egypt started (Jan. 15, 2011). The revolution caused some trouble within our school in Cairo. There was some uncertainty as to weather we could continue to live in Cairo in the future. This had continued to affect me emotionally throughout 8th grade.
-
-
My family was in the United States at the time and we couldn't go back to Cairo because of the revolution. My brothers and I were temporarily enrolled in an American Public school for the time that we couldn't go back to Cairo. I stayed in that school for about six weeks.
-
The fifth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the fifth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. This is when I establish who I am and where I am going. It's difficult at first but by the time I am 19 I have established my identity. At 23 I have an idea as to how my life is going to turn out.
-
This was the first day of my first job. I worked as a lifeguard at the school swimming pool. I only made about 3 dollars an hour but it was better than nothing, and it was the best possible use of my time. I just worked there for a month between the end of the school year and leaving for summer vacation.
-
This was the day before we went to the United States for summer vacation during the summer of 2012. This had an emotional impact on me because at the time it was the only home I had ever had and I was leaving it. I had a lot of friends come and go during the time I lived in Cairo, this was my first time being the one who was moving.
-
This is the day I arrived in Jeddah.
-
This was the first day I attended school at AISJ. (The picture is from before school started)
-
During this stage of my moral development, I would say that Heinz should steal the medicine because his wife's rights to life outweigh the store owner's rights to personal property.
-
I have established my identity.
-
This is when I graduate from AISJ.
-
At this time, I travel to the United States with my family. Before leaving to university, I spend some time with my family at Snow Lake in Northern Indiana.
-
This is my first day of atending classes at a university.
-
I have the ability to form close loving relationships.
-
This is when I graduate universisy with my bachelor's degree
-
This is when I put my newly obtained degree to use and get a "real" job.
-
The sixth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the sixth stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. This is when I learn to balance my efforts between work and relationships.
-
After working for a few years I end up going back to school to get my master's degree.
-
This is when I graduate university for a second time. This time with a master's degree
-
-
-
I have always had an interest in astronomy, I even took an astronomy class in University. At this point I decide to join an astronomy club to hang out with other people who share my interest in astronomy.
-
The seventh stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the seventh stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. During this stage of my life, one of my main concerns is making sure that my life goes as planned. However, I also want to make a positive impact on the world.
-
I have reached a point in my career where I make enough money to support myself and the family I may or may not have and still have some money left over. At this point I make a decision to donate roughly 400-600 dollars out of my pocket to charity at the end of each year. I donate to a different charity every year.
-
The eighth and final stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory starts.
-
This is the eighth and final stage of Erikson's psychosocial stage theory. Towards the end of my life, I start to look back with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
-
Maybe. Possibly. I don't know. I'll see what happens. No final decisions have been made as of writing this timeline. If I decide not to procreate and I regret this decision, it would happen at approximately this time.
-
This is the time when I say that I will stop working, but I will probably keep a volunteer job for another year or so (as "retired" people do).
-
Due to my old age, my reaction time and overall attentiveness have decreased. In addition to this, my vision has become impaired over time. When I was driving, I couldn't see the car that was heading towards me and I died in a head on collision.
