It ruled over others by the king telling people what to do. C. People wanted an election more than having the king.They soon limited a kings ruling time.Soon aristocrats overthrew and took the power for themselves.The king made people for stuff that they didn't want to do. D. United Kingdom uses Monarchy. Rulers have the ability of legislation.
