The civilians came t0 an agreement to stay together and support one another. They were all against not having one person make all the decisions but rather having everyone voice their opinions through an elected representative. -

One of the first laws that was established was called NOLB Law (No One Left Behind). This meant that everyone's life mattered as if they were family so if someone has an issue then it becomes everyone's issue -
aftermath
After a few years the community is still growing strong. The citizens still agree that everyone should be equal and have a say in how the government is run. A few conflicts had occurred with some of the individuals trying to take over and have all the power but it was resolved after a fight between some of the civilians. Luckily there were no casualties. Hopefully the government still stays the same and a war won't occur
