  • Incident Pt 2

    After successfully stealing all the cash within the cashiers and the electronics he wanted within the store while having trashed the whole place with no discretion. He then decided to leave the crime scene, however at the last moment he took his mask off and gloves and threw them in the public trash can before finally setting off with his gains. Coincidently, a camera was located near the exit he had gone through and captured all of this, down to the last detail.
  • Incident

    McLovin wanted to make quick profit on the side. He meticulously planned to rob the local walmart down the street. At night he would patiently wait for everyone to leave and at the last moment he would sneak in when the last person was leaving. Once that happened, McLovin wasted no time and made haste with his plan. Speedily he headed towards the electronic/tech area and stole multiple electronics, he then later decided to strike the cashiers which he broke in and stuffed in the bags he carried.
  • Arrest Pt 1

    Next morning, all employees coming in for their early shifts are in shock because of the state the store has been found in. No one knows who the culprit is and they call 911, minutes later a group of cops show up. Immediately they are questioned if they have seen anything, anyone suspicious or that could be possibly related to the crime. Unanimously, they all answer saying they all don't know anything about who and why this happened and is about. Cops immediately ask for security footage.
  • Arrest Pt 1 Continuation

    Upon attainment of security footage, officers quickly and punctiliously determined that this was a premeditated robbery as the individual knew there away around the store and to why they had chosen certain places. Not long after, they came upon the scene where the robber revealed their identity and threw away potential evidence. Swiftly they struck the trash can near the exit and fortunately retrieve the evidence. They then decided to take this back to the station for further review.
  • Arrest Pt 2

    Weeks after the incident. Officers are able to determined that the robber is a 25 year old male with the name Fogell alias McLovin. They waste no time in uniting all of this evidence and getting a signed warrant from a judge for the arrest of McLovin. Within a week they got the warrant signed and traveled to 1800 --street, McLovins address. There they knock on his door and aren't answered. However they do see him getting on his car and quickly apprehend him, read him his miranda rights .
  • Arrest Pt 2 Continuation

    McLovin is handcuffed near his residence and is formally read his miranda rights. Without dawdling further, officers load him into the car and travel back to the station for a booking. Along the way and arrival at the station, McLovin remained silent until he requested a lawyer and further remained silent.
  • Initial Appearance/ Setting of bail

    24 hours later after the booking, McLovin is brought before a judge in which he's formally read the charges against him and the reasons why he is being detained. Not long after the Judge sets and posts a 20,000$ bail.
  • Grand Jury

    A Grand Jury of 23 members is set and they are formally placed into a room in which the police surrender's all their evidence to them so that they can determine if the accused is really guilty or not. The Grand Jury carefully examines all the footage from the day he robbed the walmart to the gloves and mask he wore that day. After a long dubious time of their decision, they decided that the accused is guilty and they indict for a trial to be set.
  • Plea Bargaining

    The Prosecutor and the defense attorney of McLovin try and talk things out to reach a compromise so that they can avoid the upcoming trial. However both sides are unwilling to lean into each other's request's. Ultimately the Plea Bargaining is rejected and the trial shall be officially commenced.
  • Arraignment- Plea entered

    McLovin is asked if he wants to plead guilty, not guilty or no contest. Ultimately, McLovin decides to answer to the the public not guilty.
  • Trial Pt 1

    Both the prosecutor and the defense attorney began their preparations for the trial. Both gathering witnesses, evidence and jurors. Soon enough the trial was to begin and everyone gathered at the courtroom. The room was filled with a deafening silence as everyone listened to the statements, counter claims and evidence that was talked about between the prosecutor and McLovins attorney as well as the witnesses that were asked to give a testimony in the Witness Stand.
  • Trial Pt 1 Continuation

    The witnesses were repeatedly bombarded with questions by the prosecutor and attorney on their side of the story for McLovin. All of them testified and were asked if they were confused or needed clarification on what was going on and they all agreed that they knew what was happening. The evidence then came into play when they took a DNA sample of McLovin to prove that he was the one who used the gloves and mask, results later come in and result positive that it was his.(DNA Testing)
  • Trial Pt 2

    The Courtroom continues with a dreadful silence as the both sides present strong counter-arguments for each others statements, the only one's talking are both prosecutors and attorneys asking for witnesses to take a stand . The prosecutor countless times continues mentioning throughout the trial the fact that the camera footage provided by Walmart was enough prove that McLovin had done the crime, however the attorney argues that because the footage is blurry, it could very well not be him.
  • Trial Pt 2 Continuation

    Eventually the whispers and mumbles of The Gallery are heard throughout the courtroom and the Judge demands for silence, "Order in the Court" and so the room falls silent once more. The prosecutor thanks the Judge and continue their debate with the attorney. Later the Prosecutor brings the artifacts/relics that were stolen by McLovin as evidence when it was seized by the search warrant for McLovin, furthermore incriminating McLovin, narrowing down McLovins chances of remaining with his freedom.
  • Verdict

    After a long difficult, back and forth time. Eventually, the Jury exit the room to discuss for their verdict for McLovins case. The jury, just like the attorney and prosecutor, continuously go back and forth about whether really McLovin is guilty or not. After what felt like an eternity, the Jury come back and are asked if they have come to a decision and if they're decision is unanimous, they respond with a yes. Now the ball is with them and they admit to the Court itself, McLovin is GUILTY.
  • Sentencing

    The Courtroom follow with a gasp from the Gallery as they thought McLovin would never be capable of such disappointing acts. Eventually the Judge begins their part bu beginning the Sentence. He formally reads the charges again and eventually says that McLovin is to serve 10 years without the possibility of parole because the robbery was premeditated and had no remorse to restore the items.
