    They arrived about the time of when the Pueblo Dwellers left.

    The Utes were slaves and when they escaped the hispanics, they stole some horses.
    The horses were a big impact to the Utes on hunting and moving a travios (travwah)
  • Diego de Vargas

    Diego de Vargas
    Diego de vargas went to visit San Luis Valley.
    He was the first European to set foot in Colorado
  • Juan de Uilbarri and Forty Soldiers

    Juan de Uilbarri and forty soldiers marched to Colorado to find Pueblo indans.
  • Louisiana Purchase

    The United States bought Louisiana from France.
    The Louisiana Purchase almost doubled the size of the United States.

    He had just shot a deer and did not have time to reload his rifile
