The Truman Doctrine was an American foreign policy to stop Soviet imperialism during the Cold War. No American military force was involved. Congress just provided finicial aid for Turkey and Greece.
This was a huge impact because it led to the formation of NATO. To which is still intacted to this day. -

The Rosenburgs were taking information, and giving it to the Soviet Union. After the infomration was given out the Soviet Union exploded their first bomb, which effectively started the Cold War.
This was a big deal which led to the Rosenburgs being executed after reufusing a deal. -

The fall of the Berlin Wall started when the spokesman for the East Berlin Communist Party made a change in the relation with the East Berliners. At midnight that night East and West Berliners went to the wall and drank champange and beer. People used hammers and other tools to take chunks of the wall out. -

Reagan Demands Fall of Berlin Wall This was a huge event because it was the first time that the families that were seperated were able to reunite since the build of the wall in 1945. As well as the reunification of East and West The reunification of East and West Germany was made official on October 3, 1990, almost one year after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
