    They refused to surrender federal fort ,they all needed to surrender but they never did. They had so many people surrender at the beginning and then when it got close to the end the war they started getting to the point where they didn't want to surrender.

There were so many laws at this time that would alway get passed. This draft seemed to be the most important, and it was all in for the confederets trying to hold it in. But they got it.

The union oon enough got freed on that time and they were so thankful and happy that someone and all the rest of the wealthy union cared about them.

    General Lee entered the union but as soon as he didn't like their rules he wanted to move to Southern Pennsylvania because he thought their rules were better and that they had more things to do than just sit and have slaves work for them. They had their own things to do than just lay around like lazy people and not fight war and not work on their farms or anything the slaves did it all.
