Charles Darwin was born on 12 Feb 1809 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire England by his father, Robert Darwin and his mother, Susannah Darwin. (http://www.worldhistoryproject.org/1809/2/12/charles-darwin-is-born)

Well you see what happen was, his dad wanted him to do better so he got out of school due to all the bad grades he was getting. Not all scientist was good at school I guess. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Charles Darwin knew better, he basically said it is time to start thinking on my own, so he does and that is when he start to study marine animals. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
As you may guess Charles Darwin starts taking his life to the sea so he can find some sea creatures to study on. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Around this time Charles Darwin started to write his paper on the things he found while he was out on his voyage. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
This is where everything is getting serious for Charles Darwin, he starts making his theories on the evolution of all the animals he seen and the animals with that species. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Want to know something interesting, this is the year he marry his a woman that goes by the name of Emma Wedgewood. The crazy part though, is the fact that they were actually cousins. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
This is things start to get good for Charles. He starts to "draw out his beliefs on how human species developed" (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Here is the best part, he starts working on his theory of natural selection, (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Ok so this is where I would like to go more in depth on Charles Darwin's theory. The core idea of this theory is that any species who can adapt to their environment will be the strongest and the one who can survive and live on. Of course there is factors that come into play like heritability, functionality, advantage and origin. (https://sciencing.com/natural-selection-definition-darwins-theory-examples-facts-13719065.html)
-
Now some things that help Charles Darwin with his theory, while he was at voyage, was three observations, "The individuals in a population display a variation in traits such as color, behavior, size and shape due to genetic variation." "Some of the traits are passed down from parents to descendants and are heritable" and "The parents in a population overproduce offspring so that some will not survive."

3 years later, Charles Darwin finally published his book on natural selection for the world to see.(https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Now I am sure this is probably his biggest achievement, he was presented the Copley medal, which is the highest scientific award in London (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
-
Well not much is needed to be said here beside the fact that he dies and his research is still being used today. Definitely e legend in the science community. (https://www.softschools.com/viewTimeline.action?id=67)
