In October 2000, 5 countires including Belarus and Russia signed an agreement on the creation of the Eurasian Economic Community. -
Common Economic Space
In Spetember of 2003, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan signed and Agreement on Formation of Common Economic Space(CES).
