A faction grows
Citizens under the British rule we're unhappy with the conditions and laws that were placed upon them when living in a monarch rule. Groups and factions in England began to come together, getting sailing merchants, ships and supplies to leave and form a new government for the people. The faction group started to grow secretly, and without notice from the British due to the English Civil War taking place during that time. -
Deciding the form of Government
The factions and groups worked together to think of an idea of a new government, that would make the people in power happy, while also keeping the citizen content and happy. Lots of discussion and debate happened throughout those years, and the faction never decided on a true form a government until 1651. -
John Atlantis's found land
With the British Civil War still raging, but ending, the faction had to think and act fast before the British Empire attempted to stop them. Then a man named John Atlantis, who agreed with the factions ideas of leaving England, did expeditions across the Caribbean area, and found a massive Island he called Atlantis. -
The Republic faction leaves
After all the debates of what form of government should be used, Atlantis thought of the Greek idea created years ago, to separate the government powers, and create a Republic. He explained to the faction how dividing the power of the government into three branches will be beneficial, because it would let the citizens be able to vote for one of the branches and the government could never be taken over or revolutionize. The faction voted and agreed with his idea and prepared for their voyage. -
The Voyage to Atlantis
The factions and groups got ready, and sailed out to Atlantis a year after the English Civil War ended in 1651. It took four ships, and months to get to where John said Atlantis was. 1652, they landed on the shore and began to colonize, while also forming the government they debated about in England. -
The Atlantis faction conflicts
The faction was split into multiple other factions, and began to conflict due to different political ideas. John Atlantis was confused on how the factions divided, and thought of a plan to bring them all back together. -
The Atlantis Constitution
John Atlantis brought all the original faction debaters with their political ideas, and decided to create contract that established laws that were fair to all factions and civilians in Atlantis. Civil War for Atlantis was about to break out before the Constitution of it was created, and the country united again, following the government form they used since they left England. -
Atlantis The New Country
After years and years of the factions of Atlantis, and their leaders talking, they created an official government, a republic, where they created three branches of government that contains different parts of power of the Government. The legislative, executive and judicial branches. -
England attacks Atlantis
The British Empire figured out about the faction deserting England during the war. However, during the years of Atlantis being built, they gained strength through transportation, once the American colonies arose. So the Empire attempted to take over and destroy Atlantis due to perjury against the king, and war started. The people of Atlantis knew the territory enough and John Atlantis, being the president of the executive branch of Atlantis fought and helped beat the British Empire. -

Atlantis ends
John Atlantis passed away, and the country was still running very well under the Republic idea that John Atlantis had. In 1744, The English Empire Invaded Atlantis, before the American Revolutionary War, resulting in the disappearance of Atlantis completely, only due to its lack of defense during the Invasion, and the decreased defense after the first fight against England. Also Atlantis didn't expect an invasion due to the American colonies fighting England.
