Clyde was born in Texas in 1909

He was the sixth of eight children. Clyde’s parents were tenant farmers, often not making enough money to feed their children.He and his older brother were often in trouble with the law for stealing things as teenagers.

Bonnie and Clyde met after his escape from prison. At the time Bonnie was 19 and married to a murderer and Clyde was 21 and unmarried.

They fell deeply in love and started committing crimes by robbing small town banks, gas stations, restaurants and most importantly by killing people.

They almost got caught by the police but they got away even though they were physically hurt and quit what they were doing for a while.

They were both brutally murdered by the police with 130 bullets while they were in their car that is now placed in a museum.
