The voyages were important because his voyages marked the age that the human civilization extended from land to ocean materialized an unprecedented miracle in the navigation history of China or even in the world.

    First off I should start by saying the Ottoman Empire was also known as the Turkish Empire and was muslim. The Ottoman Empire was under the command of Sultan Mehmed II when fighting Constantinople. This lasted from Friday, 6 April 1453 until Tuesday, 29 May 1453 (according to the Julian Calendar), when the city was conquered by the Ottomans. It was imprtant because it ended the Byzantine Empire, the major Christian obstacle to spreading both the Ottoman Empire and the Muslim Caliphate.

Where he fould gold and learned about the Indians, which started a giant effect in history in so many things.

    Columbus had sailed to the new world thinking it was Asia in which it was not. The new world was named after Amerigo Vespucci. Amerigo was the one that concluded that the "New World" wasn't Asia. The naming of the new world was important for many reasons. I feel what's most important is that first, we now live here and what isn't cool about thet. And second, is that it was Amerigo who figured out that Columbus hadn't reached Asia which was a huge thing.

It's important because this was the first time the English had come over and settled in America. I think it was the first time they even came to America.

This was important because Peter had the strength to regain absolute power for the Russian Monarchy.
