Benito Mussolini was no dummy, as he studied in revolutionary socialite he knew the way of the people. He formed his fascist party and soon became prime minister quickly because he could speak and lead the people of Italy. He became popular quickly and people were voting for him left and right.

In the beginning he was so popular that he had the nations support almost 100%. As they took over Rome he began installing a new way of government. He made dramatic changes and passed laws that pleased the people.

Benito Mussolini didn’t always have the liking of the public, after he was establish and stable as prime minister he had his fascist party run through Italy sacking communist and socialist offices. Later, people became suspicious and he admitted that not all of his dealings were democratic.

Mussolini demonstrated his power quite well later after that fascism party he created the Opera Nazionale Balilla - a children’s youth group that centered itself around Mussolini and his ways of fascism and offset democracy. He made all other youth groups illegal.

Over the years Mussolini had become accustomed to hitlers way of power and began adopting traits that hitler once had. Eventually he sided with Germany all they way farthing strengthening Mussolini’s power.

In 1945 Mussolini’s rule came to an end. Italy became unhappy with Mussolini and fired him from his role of prime minister. He was captured in 1942 but escaped, 3 years later in 1945 the capturing and murder of Mussolini was successful.

Italy left the League of Nations in 1927 and became a full supporter of hitler. Hitler later invaded Austria and with Mussolini’s full support they were unstoppable, Mussolini donated 50,000 troops to hitler. After the invasion of Austria Italy and germany joined forces and became the Rome-Berlin axis.

In 1938 Mussolini established an article that made Italy’s views of the aryan race equal to those of Germanys. Soon germany establish anti-Jewish laws and Mussolini followed with the removal of foreign Jews from Italy.
