Communism is for the hard working poor people so they don't have to work as hard. All the rich class and rulers did not like this idea. Europe had a revolution right away. -

The Russian Revolution is what the Battle of Cowshed symbolizes. It started in 1917 and ended in 1918. Tsar Nicholas 2 was the king at that time and was overthrown. Lenin and the Bolsheviks took over. It contained to seperate revolutions one in Febuary and the other in October. The revolution was around Petrograd which is now St. Petersburg. -

This event symbolizes Leon Trotsky deported. Trotsky was deported in 1929. Stalin banned him from all the U.S.S.R. Trotsky moved around to Turkey to France to Norway and finally settled in Mexico. -

This event repersents the start of Industrialization. It was a period of 12 to 15 years. They started this because Russia was lacking in its economic development. A five year plan was made by Joseph Stalin in 1928 the first plan covered from 1928-1933. The second plan was from 1933 to 1937. Their goal was to industrialize more. The third plan was from 1938 to 1942 and was interrupted by WW2 -

This event symbolizes the non aggression pact between Russia and Germany. The pact was signed in Moscow. They pledged to refrain from any violence and any aggressive action. It was signed by Soviet Foreign Minister Vyacheslav Molotov and Joachkim von Ribbentrop. -

This event symbolizies when Russia drove Germany out of the Soviet Union. The war took nearly 3 years. Hitler thought this war would be easy and didn't prepare for it. They had a harsh Russian winter so Germany couldn't keep its siege. Germany ended up retreating because lack of supplies.
