    Milagros Casila
Milagros Casila came to America from the province of Bohol, Philippines, in 1981. She wanted to come to America to live a better life and build a brighter future. Luckily for her, it didn’t take more than a year for her to come to America. Since she was married to an American citizen, the process of coming to America was quite short. Once she got to America, she was homesick, especially since she left her family behind, but after a few months of getting used to, she was glad that she came here.
