The individual that I chose to interview owns his own computer shop and builds computers and modifies parts for a living, and I spoke with him about a possible internship over the summer(s). -

Compose a list of possible colleges that offer the courses required to be a Computer Hardware Engineer

Speak with College representatives about visits
Inquire about possible visitation dates and ask relavent questions. -

This time will also be spend preparing for college visits, and possibly doing some actual visiting. -

During this time I hope to be able to visit the colleges that I am interested in attending. -

Apply for various (Computer)Engineering scholarships
This time will be spent applying for (hopefully) in-state scholarships for engineering courses.

Possible SAT testing day
Not an excat date, but it's suggested you take your junior year and it;s 10 days after 9/11 so it seemed like as good a day as any. -
Finish High School
Finish high school hopefully with the IB diploma and get ready to go to college -

If I acheive the IB diploma then around 3 years of college is necessary. I plan to take courses that are heavily math oriented and deal with a lot of computers/computer engineering. This is the best way to prepare for my career. -
