Odysseus and his men arrive at the island of Cyclops. Odysseus thinks that he can get hospitality from the Cyclops but it is refused, thus he says his name is nobody and pokes out the eye of Polyphemus, who has Poseidon curse him. -

Odysseus and his men get close to Ithaka, but the men begin to believe he was given a bag of treasure. They open it, and the bag blows them away back to Aeoleus, and get no help. -
