The village ismael was staying in is attacked while many people are at masque and the group is seperated, ismael and Kaloko find each other in the morning and stay with a friendly group they knew for 2 weeks.

The RUF holds much of the countryside and are on the doorstep of Freetown. To control the situation, the NPRC hires several hundred mercenaries from private firms. Within a mounth, they have driven the RUF fighters back to enclaves along Sierra Leone's border.
