YouTube Footage of the protests outside Ghoba: Despite media blackouts, a video on Youtube taken by a citizen journalist on the scene, places a violent clash between protestors and uniformed policemen. This confirms suspicions that the peaceful prayer gathering approved of by Ahmadinejad at the Qoba Mosque on Ghoba Alleyhad turned violent.

Arrests at new Iranian protests "Activists were urged to turn on lights and domestic appliances that consume large amounts of electricity, such as irons, toasters and microwave ovens at 8:55pm and then back on five minutes later.
