    Explore through all classrooms in the school. Make observations of ongoing maintenance of positive classroom environments. Look for key factors; physical, emotional, ownership, Discuss with classroom teachers their key components to a positive classroom environment. Take images of supporting charts or other classroom resources.
    Compare and contrast - approaches across levels. record observations in evernote with implications for my practice.

    Using evernote - make a weekly reflection note on what developments in pedagogical understanding have emerged. Review critically what impact these may have on a by weekly basis.
