Pope Urban II calls for first crusade
The Pope's crusading movement began in March 1095, at the Council of Piacenza. Byzantine Emperor Alexios I Komnenos, asked for help against Muslim Turks who took over most of Anatolia. Children's crusade is a name given to many fictional and factual events that happened in 1212 that contain mostly children. The Black Death was one of the biggest Pandemics in human history. This event peaked in Europe from 1348-1350. The biggest theory of this is the Bubanic Plague theory.
