Bring Your Own Devices. Our music teacher, in an effort to promote students composing music suggests to upper grade students that they bring their own iPads or cell phones to school for use in the classroom. • 1:1 Increases

Ratio of technology to students goes to 1:1 in 2nd grade.
  • Truly Differenciated

Increasing use of Adaptive Technology and Diagnostic Tools, accessible both on campus and away, ensures that every teaching and learning experience for each student is approperiatly personalized.
  • Multi Age Education

No longer are students in grade levels based on their age. Much like the STEAM Centers at Village School in previous years. Students are in multi age groups, K-2 and 3-5.
  • Project Based

Teaching and learning no longer follow a "pacing guide" to ensure that the standards are covered - teaching and learning are truly collaborative and based on real-life, real-time collaborative projects with purposeful outcomes that incorperate all subject matter and utilize any tools necessary.
