    Mass production is when goods are being produced in large amounts at low costs. This does not mean that the goods are low qualities they are standardized. There are two kinds of methods of making these goods: 1, Human Labour and Tools, machinery and the equipment. The modern methods of mass production produce quality and quantity for reasonable costs.

    End Of WW1
    WW1 started coming to end when allies kept on pushing onto the German border. Germany started to crumble and were forced to sea. The British, French and Americans advanced into Germany and had taken control. A German republic was declared and peace feelers were extended to the allies. On November 11 an armistice was signed. The fighting after 4 years had finally stopped. This was an important day because it was the end of the WW1 after so many years.

    The treaty of Versailles was a peace offering after WW1 had ended in 1918. This treaty was signed in the vast Versailles palace near Paris and is why its title is called “Germany and the allies”. The Versailles place was a perfect place to sign the peace offering as it was a reasonable size and lots of people could fit in it. This was a significant event because it was the declaration of the end of WW1.

    The jazz age was when jazz music and dance started becoming popular in the United States. Jazz played a significant part in wider cultural changes during the period, and its influence on pop culture continued long afterwards. Jazz people started using the saxophone which was revolutionary for people. This was a significant event because black people could play and record their music and get noticed by it, which gave them a good name for themselves.

In England 1878, a man called John Loggie Baird succefully transmitted the first TV picture through wires. After, inventers have always added more and more to the Television to make it better. This was a significant event because it was the first time people could watch moving pictures on a screen that can be broadcasted

    The great depression was when millions of Australians were out of jobs. For many Australians this period began before the market crash and lasted until the Second World War. The great depression was a devastating time for the Australians. Many people that didn’t have work lost their homes and were forced to live in a poor environment with little food. This was significant because it was the first big crash in Australia and it made other countries realise delicate our economy was.

    The stock market crash also known as “black Tuesday” was one of the biggest stock breakdowns ever. On October 23 stock prices suddenly started rising and people started getting nervous. The next day prices went even higher leaving more people in shock. This was a significant event because if other countries didn’t fight back, Germany could possibly have other countries land.

    A surprise air attack by the Japanese on the U.S happened on this day in pearl harbour, Hawaii. More than 2,400 Americans were killed, after 2 hours of bombing. This included approximately 21 ships and 188 aircrafts destroyed. After the attack the U.S declared war with Japan with outrage from this. This was an important day because it was the first time an American president let them attack just to get into a war

    Darwin, Australia was under attack for the first time when the Japanese did two air raids to go over Darwin. The first attack went over the harbour and town off Darwin. An hour later another attack happened and it went over the Royal Australian Air Force Base which lasted for 20-25min. These attacks killed approximately 243 people and over 400 were wounded. This day was significant because it was the first time Australia had been bombed.

    on the 6th of August, The US used an atomic bomb against Hiroshima in Japan. This atomic bomb killed over 10 thousand innocent people. The Atomic bomb was filled with 20,000 tons of TNT. While japan were trying to help Hiroshima, the US struck again but this time on Nagasaki. This was an important day because it marked the end of WW2.

    The universal declaration of human right is an international document that says human rights and fundamental freedom to all humans. The declaration of human rights was created on the 10th December, 1948 by the general assembly of the United Nations. This was important because it was the first time countries agreed on a comprehensive statement of inalienable human rights.

    The Melbourne Olympics were held in Melbourne, Australia 1956. It was the first time ever that an Olympics was played at a country besides Europe or the United States. The USSR won the overall gold medal tally with 37 gold, 29 silver and 32 bronze. While as hosts Australia had only won 13 gold medals. This was important because it was the first time Australia had hosted the Olympic games and in many ways it was the year that took the Olympics to the world.

Kennedy demanded the removal of the Missles there and on the site. Soviets disabled all missiles in exchange for a pledge from the United States not to invade Cuba. This was an important day

This is an important moment because it was then end of the west and east Berliners from being separated.
