    Students routinely use tech tools to demonstrate their learning in classrooms. Students self-select how they demonstrate the learning, the tools they use, and who they collaborate with. Teachers communicate parameters for work, expectations for work quality using rubrics, and they facilitate student work and provide scaffolds for students.

    Increase devices on campus with a ratio goal of 2.5:1.
