    The United States launches Operation Desert Storm during the Persian Gulf War. There were over 5000,000 American troops sent into Saudi Arabia. The Persian Gulf War was when Saddam Hussien , dictator of Iraq, sent well equiped troops into tiny Kuwait.

He also changed the way Americans looked at the Democratic Party after Reagan. One environmental policy he had was preserving 4.6 million acres of land in national parks. Another thing he did was lower the crime rate each year he was president because of the extra police forces he put out there and the Brady Bill Policy he signed for handgun use.

    Apple introduced the iMac and changed the world. It was a best seller due to its self contained unit. There were no unnecassary wires that every computer on the market had back then. It was also pretty. It's teal color was a nice break from the beige colored boxes. Less than a year later, Apple introduced a second genoration iMac that came in 5 bright colrs. It was also simple and attracted people who did not know much about computers.
