Pan Am Flight 103 Bombed Over Lockerbie, Scotland.
The london to new york flight exploded over Lockerbie, Scotland at 7:03 pm. The 259 passengers and crew were killed with a further 11 being killed from the explosions debry. The bomb was of rrorist motives and originally Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi and Al Amin Khalifa Fhimah were blamed for the bombing. But in 2001 a trial found that Megrahi was found guilty of murder. -

These protests were begun by student's who were fighting for refrom and for democracy. This triggered the goverment to declare war on it's people and lead to many thousands of innocent deaths of the chineese people. -
