  • Shelley vs Kraemer

    Shelley vs Kraemer was a Supreme Court case that in the end declared racially restrictive neighborhoods is not enforced and can not be supported by any laws made by the government. This is one of the first cases that battled the topic of segregation.
  • Joseph McCarthy Speech

Helping to impact many other African Americans to stand up against segregation.
