In Switzerland the Arbitrator has the most powerful military and they keep the order among the people. When a situation such as a protest or march to let their leader know what they need, the military will make sure that it doesn't get out of control.

People come together to exercise their rights for higher education. Geniocracy governments has a fourth level of hierarcy which is poor educated people who work as garbage workers, factory workers, janitors but have the opportunity to advance and improve their status, through hard work and application.
