H.H. Holmes was America's first serial killer with a estimated 200 victims under his belt, mainly active during the world's Columbian exposition. During this time he would gain his infamy by murdering visitors during the World's Columbian Exposition by an elaborate murder hotel. Holmes would also seduce women into marrying him, just to kill them to inherit their life savings. He would also have his employees mark him down as a beneficiary for their life insurance, also inheriting those as well.

Chekov was born in St Petersburg, Russia. Studying under Konstantin Stanislavski at the Moscow Art Theatre, Chekov develops his technique of psychological gesture. A wide spread technique that is used today.

In Homestead, Pennsylvania, a violent dispute between company and worker broke out. Andrew Carnegie, owner of Carnegie steel had aided in the worker pay cuts. This left 3,800 workers locked out of their jobs. All of the worker went on strike halting production for Carnegie steel, resulting in the foreman to hire 300 Pinkerton agents to disrupt the strike. When the Pinkertons arrived a gun fight ensued, resulting in the death of 12 people.

After the Pinkertons surrendered to the workers, foreman Frick had the governor of Pennsylvania send 8,500 national guard soldiers to secure the steel mill and put the town under martial law. With initial positive press, the workers soon fell under bad light due to their actions against the Pinkertons. The resulting aftermath led to state laws against hiring help like the Pinkertons in labor disputes, Carnegie continued to cut workers pay. This broke unionization for steel for two decades.

- trapdoors
- Soundproof rooms
- Doors locked from the outside
- Gas jets to knock victims unconscious
- A kiln to cremate the bodies. -
