    The Beginning of Egypt's Revolution
    January 25, 2011, is known as the "Day of Revolt" and as the "Day of Anger". It was the day in which many protests started to evolve throughout all Egypt. On a Tuesday morning, it was infront of the High Court in the centre of Cairo, where many protesters started to gather. They all attacked at once and broke through the line of policemen, who were standing in a straight line. Police used many threats to defend themselves, such as tear gas and water cannons.

    The number of protesters began to increase. Violence was also something that started to be seen. There has been 2 deaths reported, one of a police officer and one of a protester.

    Cairo's protesters were now being supported by the Muslim Brotherhood. A police shot one of the protesters in Sheikh Zoweid who was a descendant from Bedouin. He was now one of the seven killed. More and more buildings were being burned down and police officers began to arrest protesters. Violence was increasing rapidly.

    It was up to this day when internet services were functioning, because the Egyptian Government decided to shut down all type of internet access all throughout Egypt. Not even text messeging was available. Phone companies were forced to shut down all access to internet related devices. Violence continued throughout the day. All of the protesters who were arrested were freed thanks to other protesters that broke through all the police officers surrounding the place.

    Protests continue as well as violence all over in Cairo, Egypt. A couple protesters also gathered surrounding the Minestry of Interior. But they failed while trying to get in to the building to attack. It was past the time when police officers had to leave the streets, when protesters took advantage of the fact that no one was there to stop them form doing anyhting. However, their attempt to bomb one of the two police stations was a fail aswell.

    Police officers begin to set up vigilantes up to watch for there stations at night. Not only were protesters prohibited to internet access devices but also to go into banks. The Egyptian Central Bank was said to be closed all day.

    In Cairo, there seems to be an approximate of 250,000 protesters continuing to rebel. A group of approximately 1,000 people were reported as being pro-Mubarak. Police officers were no longer seen in Cairo.

    Egyptian security made sure that all around the presidential palace was fenced and kept any one who tried to get in, away. On this day a virtual "March of The Million" was launched out in Facebook so that their goal of one million people were able to support it. People are in need of money since banks are closed. It was on this day when president Mubarak stated that it was not one of his plans to run for another term in the upcoming selection.

    After several days without internet access, it was finally restored. Television reporters were asking people to evacuate Tahirr Square because there seemed to be a group of people walking towards Tahirr Square to bomb and attack once again. It was said that many of them not only came walking, running, screaming, but that they were also coming by riding horses and camels.

    The number of deaths and people injured kept increasing rapidly. The large group of people that was headed towards Tahirr was now being stopped by the massive amount of police officers. A battle between pro-Mubarak and those against Mubarak began. Egyptians were in need of money day by day waiting until they opened the banks again. They were begging for money so that they could buy food.

    This day was a day that was offered to Mubarak in order for him to surrender his powers. People started bringing in to the battle, a few tanks. Protesters failed once again as they tried to get through the police officers just to get in to the presidental palace. It was now more than two million people in action .

    Protesters seem to have been camping out in Tahirr Square. A few Christians even started to pray and do their every Sunday mass. It was shocking when it was reported that a couple decided to get married in the middle of a battle! Both reporters and journalists seemed to be people's target. Banks were finally open and everyone wanted to take out their money to trade it in for U.S money.

    It is said that on this day the biggest protest of all was created. More than one million was said to be present. Some were even new to the protests who had been on travel.Throughout this protest people were asking for a more freedom of press

    Protests continued in Cairo and people were stll trying on getting past through into the presidential palace. After a huge chaos caused by protesters, Mubarak decides to just step down. As soon as he decides and announces that he resigned, everyone began celebrating.As of Mubarak, his family and himself left immediately in search of a place where they would find peace.
