When I think of myself as a reader/writer I am so proud of how far I have gotten. Over the years I have been able to use reading and writing as a way of expressing myself. My elementary school experience with reading and writing was very difficult. The reason why it was difficult is because I came to here at a young age. I had to learn a new language over again. I struggled to learn how to read, write, and speak English fluently. I was fortunate enough to have come to America at a young age

My experience with reading and writing has been completely positive. While attending college I started to use writing as a way to express myself creatively. Writing has become my way of letting everything out and has become so therapeutic for me.
