    When Lincoln got elected as president, the South freaked out. They thought he was gonna end slavery right away. He being elected caused one event which started the whole Civil War

    This event caused everyone to kinda freak out and worry. That is what caused the Civil War

  • Confederates Attack Fort Sumter (the Civil War has begun)

    At 4:30 am the Confederates fired 50 cannons upon Fort Sumter. The Civil War had just started

  • The Battle of Bull Run

    The Union suffers another defeat at Bull Run and retreats to Washington.
