Congress accepted and has started sending troops to start fighting in WWI! Siding with the Allies Forces has teamed up with Britain and France. Congress Declares war upon Germany. -
Germany and Russia Peace.
Germany signs a peace treaty with Russia and their new Bolshevik Government. in exchange Germany gets some land of Poland and Ukraine. Also lets Germany soldiers at the western front. -
Battle Of Cantigny
Battle Of Cantigny was the first major battle with American troops. Over 4,000 American soldiers take control of the Village Of Cantigny on the Somme River in France. America attacks against Germany postitions. -
Battle Of Belleau Woods
The Battle Of Belleau Woods was the largest scaled attack by American troops so far. German forces advance towards the western front 45 miles to Paris. U.S General John J. Pershing helped stop German troops.Pershing then ordered a counterattack against German force but had suffered more than 1,000 casualties. The battle had ended on June 26 1918, America had almost 10,000 casualties and Germany are unknown but 1,600 POW were taken. -
Battle of St. Mihiel
The Battle of St, Mihiel started with over 300,000 American soldiers lead by General Pershing. Allied forces with Allied tanks were used in this battle this large scale battle was mostly fought in St. Mihiel trenches. America had won this battle after surrounding German forces after American troops moved south were they had combined with British forces. -
Battle of Megiddo
The Final battle with British lead offence. On September 19 1918, British forces lead be lieutenant General Sir Edmund Allenby offence on northern Palestine and the Jordan Valley the offence started with insane artillery bombardment that lead Britain victory. -
World War 1 Ends!
Germany surrenders on November 11, 1918. All nations promise to stop fighting with terms of a peace treaty. On June 28, 1919 Germany signs a peace treaty with allies forces call the treaty of Versailles ending WWI officially.
