This war started because of an alliance between Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia, and Montenegro. It was a war between the Balkan League and the Ottoman Empire. The Balkan League won. -

Conflict created when Bulgaria attacked Serbia and Greece. (its former allies) -

A secret diplomatic communication issued from the German Foreign Office. Proposed a military alliance between Germany and Mexico if the United States entered World War I against Germany. -
