The first World War began as a local war between Austria-Hungary and Serbia in 1914. It grew into a war involving 32 countries. The Allies included Britain, France, Russia, Italy, and the United States.

Archduke died by a shooting. They were in a motorcade and the first assassination occurred by a bomb getting thrown at the car but the bomb ended up bouncing off the car. The car they were in sped off and then the second attempt was a shooting.The shooter fire twice and which hit Archdukes wife Sophie and Archduke.The Assassins were trained to kill the Archduke.
