    Historical signifacance -this was a very historically significant event as it simbolized the actual start of the world war and was their first invasion Ethical dimension -at the time the germans thought that they would be able to push around belguim and walk right through the country without any ressitance -this was ethically wrong as the invasion of a country who has done nothing to you is obviosly wrong.

    Historical significance -the entry of britian in the war marked another problem for the germans to worry about Historical perspective -the british most likely felt that they had a duty to protect and help
    belguim under the treaty of london Turning point: in the war as another country and a powerful one at that had entered the war to fight germany, most likely without the british the war probably would probably not have been won

    Historical significance -this was a very significant event it was one of the longest battles of the war, the plan was that the allies and russians would meet at the black sea and make a big move to get turkey out of the war, so this was one of the biggest plans -the allies did retreat at the end of the 8 month battle Cause and consequence -the allies caused the ottomans to bring a lot of their troops back into turkey to defend and because of this the allies had many casualties and were beat

    Historical significance -this was one of the most significan tpoints in th war since it was the end after this point there was no more fighting Historical perspective -everyone that participated in the war from start to finish was most likely exhausted at this point since the intial prediction for the lenght of the war was only about 6 month's that was almost 1/8 of the actual lenth Turning point: when the germans agreed to an armistice it was the end of the war so it was a turning point
