    RMS Ocean Liner LusitaniaThe sinking of this Ocean Liner happened early in ww1 and it was victum to a torpedo attack by the Germans. Many countries were unhappy and many turned against Germany, which contributed to the entrence of America into the war.

    This battle was a major naval battle in the war. It was a battle between the German submarines and other war ships with the British. They needed to get across the sea but the Germans set up a line of subs. The British navy had waited long enough to cross that Germany had to return their subs because they had reached the limit of their endurance out at sea.
