    Garros invented deflector plates to put on the propeller so that he could fire his gun through the propeller. It would hit the deflector plate and bounce of so it didn't harm the aircraft or the shooter. On April 18 his gas line was shot and was forced to land behind German lines. Before he could set fire to it, the germans found it and copied the design.

    Germans used clorine gass on this day and as it drifted twards the French, they did not know what to make of it. as some started to drown on dry land due to the effects of the gass, many others began to run from it. The gass caused them to abandon 50 of their guns. The Germans did not avance right away because they were aware what the gass could do and ended up giving the french enough time to get back to their guns.

    On May 31, 1915 was the first bombing raid on Paris. The Zeppelin developed in 1914 could reach a maximum speed of 136 kph and reach a height of 4,250 metres. The Zeppelin had five machine-guns and could carry 2,000 kg (4,400 lbs) of bombs.

    The tank was introduce to British war officers by Swinton and the first tank had track frames 12 feet long, weighed 14 tons and could carry a crew of three, at speeds of just over three miles. The speed dropped to less than 2 mph over rough ground and most importantly of all, was unable to cross broad trenches.

    A telegram sent to mexico city that said that if war broke out between Germany and the United States then mexico would step in and help. In retern Mexico would reclaim the territory the U.S. ahd taken from them. However, Britain Interceped this tellegram and was shown to President Woodrow Wilson on the 24th of February.
