    US Congress passed the Selective Service Act. This meant men in America would be forced to fight in the war. Wilson didn't like it, but he believed there was no other way.

    The Germans signed a peace treaty with the Bolshevik government in Russia. This treaty gave Germany land in the Ukraine.

    This was the first major American offensive battle in the war. This is the battle that lead America to fight harder more challenging battles.

    This battle was between the Americans and the Germans. This battle was the effect of the battle Chateau Thierry. It was a battle that utilized the Marine Corps.
