This was a law passed in 1964 that prevented the inequal treatment towards anyone whether it be due to race or color, or sex or religion. Essentially a law passed to prevent discrimination in the country, said law was very influenced by Martin Luther King Jr who helped encourage the act. This affiliates to Womens Rights Movement due to how it helped better treatment towards Women.
