    -Informing students about the project via internet and other announcement methods.
    - Preparing a survey to measure students’ prior knowledge about Mevlana ( Aşkın YILDIZ)

    SECOND WEEK

    -Meeting with volunteer students
    -Taking parental permission forms
    -Giving students twinspace passwords
    -Adding Padlets to Twinspace pages ( Melike Onar, Pelin Örgerim, Neslihan Ertosun)

    THIRD WEEK ( 2ND-9TH DECEMBER)

    -Reviewing the students' preparations

    FOURTH WEEK (9TH-16TH DECEMBER)

    -Reviewing the students' preparations and colloborating with other partners of our project.
    -Announcing the contest via Facebook ,Eba, Local Press News and other announcement methods
  • Period: to

    FIFTH WEEK

    -On Monday: Collecting the students' works and give numbers them to join the contest
    -On Thursday : Exhibiting the t-shirts at our schools and making the students vote them or preparing a survey to choose the winner
    -On 20th of Friday and 23th of Monday : Announcing the winners of partners' schools and sharing contest photos and videos on Twinspace.

    SIXTH WEEK (24TH -30TH December)

    -Preparing a survey to choose the winner of the project -Sharing this survey on lots of social platforms, eba and school website to choose best design . -Declaring the winner of the Project on Twinspace home page.

    -Preparing a word cloud about what we have learned during the project about Mevlana

    Evaluating the project with partners and students
