The six metre high, five tonne Le Quesnoy memorial sculpture is situated on Kelly Road opposite the iconic Cambridge Church. The beautiful memorial sculpture costed $100,000 and had been paid for by the national WW100 lotteries fund, with the Cambridge Community Board chipping in a small amount to help with installation costs. The silver Ferns on each side of the memorial sculpture represents the New Zealand soldiers that lost their lives in World War One.
